Seguin Foundation Repair was created to give local homeowners a straightforward way to address foundation concerns. We believe good foundation work starts with listening carefully, understanding the structure, and explaining the repair in language that makes sense.
Founder Mateo Ramirez grew up in the Seguin area and spent his early working years around residential construction and property maintenance. He became interested in foundation work after seeing how small changes in floors, doors, and wall cracks could point to larger structural concerns. In 2012, he began building the foundation-focused business that became Seguin Foundation Repair.
Mateo's connection to Central Texas remains a big part of how the company works. He knows that homeowners in Seguin and nearby communities deal with changing weather, periods of wet ground, dry conditions, and older as well as newer construction. Instead of treating every foundation problem the same way, he built the company around careful evaluation, practical recommendations, and clear communication.
Today, the company continues to serve Seguin and surrounding towns with the same owner-minded approach Mateo wanted from the beginning: explain the problem honestly, recommend work that fits the property, and treat every homeowner with respect.
We focus on Slab Foundation Repair, Foundation Leveling, Foundation Pier Installation, Pier And Beam Foundation Repair, and Foundation Settlement Repair. Each service has its own page so you can see exactly what is involved before you reach out.
We are based around Seguin, TX and serve Texas, including McQueeney, Marion, Geronimo, and New Berlin.
We explain what we know, what we do not know, and what the recommended repair is intended to accomplish.
Foundation problems can be stressful and expensive. We keep conversations respectful, practical, and free from unnecessary pressure.
Structural repairs deserve attention to detail. We approach each property according to its foundation type and actual condition.
Our roots are in Seguin, and we value the homeowners and communities that make the surrounding area home.
