Mateo grew up in the Seguin area and started his working life around residential construction and property maintenance before focusing on foundations. Outside work, he enjoys early-morning walks near the Guadalupe River and spends weekends working on an old pickup he has kept since his twenties.
Elena helps keep projects organized and makes sure homeowners understand what is happening at each stage. She was raised near Marion and is known around the team for keeping detailed notes and bringing homemade banana bread to the office on Friday mornings.
Caleb works directly with the field team on foundation repair projects and brings a careful, methodical approach to structural work. He grew up outside New Berlin and spends much of his free time fishing and restoring old hand tools.
